Each day when I sit with my team we are looking for innovative ways to curate an unforgettable ambiance" Dimetri shares.Most recently, Hogan took a trip to the Greek island of Crete to get inspiration for his latest project, the Greek restaurant Lola Taverna. He has high hopes of finding the perfect blend between authentic Greek culture and the bustling streets of SoHo, Manhattan.

The Lola team aims to create a nostalgic destination right in the backyard of their fellow New Yorkers that will showcase the vast beauty of the Greek isles with the vivacious energy each city has to boast.
